Did I Mention.....

Brent is incommunicado, he is cellphoneless, he is sea kayaking and I am sure having a great time, we will not talk to him until he switches to his rock climbing section (and since I lost his itinerary I'm not sure what date that is). Doesn't he know we need to talk to him. Yes of course he does know we need to talk to him, this may be harder on him than it is on us. We can't wait to hear from you!

Another First Day

Craig left a few minutes ago to put Brent on the plane for his NOLS semester. I have a cute front door pic of the start of Brent's new adventure on his camera. Hopefully he can e-mail it to me tonight. Interesting how the nest fills and empties, fills and empties. Now it is just Kyle and Brad at home. I'm feeling a little sad for me, but very happy for my children and the forward progress they are making in their lives. Imagine a whole semesters credit for sea kayaking, sailing, rock climbing and backpacking! I know it will be a semester he always treasures, as Kerri's NOLS semester has such memories for her. And now I am going to run before I start to cry.

First Day

First day of school today, yes, it really is August 11 and school has started, Kyle is a Junior and Brad is a Freshman.

X-Games

The Boys went to the X Games yesterday at the Colliseum, they saw Rally Cars, Super Rally Cars, BMX Big Air, and Skateboarding Rail Jam.
